Le nuove (vecchie) sfide dell’insegnamento dell’italiano LS nelle scuole serbe: racconto di un’esperienza

Abstract
The main purpose of this paper is to illustrate an experience of training teachers of Italian as a foreign language in Belgrade, organized by the Association of Foreign Languages and Literatures of Serbia, in collaboration with the Istituto Italiano di Cultura, with the contribution of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation. After a brief excursus on language teaching in the Serbian school system and the path to becoming a language teacher, we will focus on the results of a survey carried out among a group of Italian LS teachers. Our aim is to give an insight into the most common practices of teaching Italian LS in Serbian schools. At the same time, we will give some suggestions for the transformation and innovation of language teaching practices.
